Wil-Lec GRP Ltd provides Myenergi zappi charging facilities for Freeman Street area.

Visitors to Freeman Street, Grimsby now have access to a new Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging point. Wil-Lec GRP Ltd based in Kent Street, Grimsby have teamed up with Co Charger who provide an app for IOS and Android to locate EV charging points.

To charge your EV all you need to do is download the free Co Charger app, setup your profile and search for the Wil-Lec charging point, request a session and once approved charge your EV. After the charging finishes, the app will automatically take payment for your rental of the charger. It’s that simple. You can even request the charge as a one-off or as a recurring session.

Wil-Lec GRP Ltd have installed the 7.2 kWh zappi manufactured locally in Stallingborough by Myenergi for which Wil-Lec GRP Ltd are approved installers. The zappi charges with a combination of power from the grid and solar panels.

Wil-Lec GRP Ltd Managing Director Steve Wilson said “Working in conjunction with Co Charger and providing the Myenergi Zappi allows visitors to Freeman Street to charge their electric vehicle whilst visiting the area as well as try out the brilliant Myennergi zappi. The new charger will add much needed EV charging to the Freeman Street area."

EV Charging is available at Wil-Lec GRP Ltd in Kent Street, Grimsby, Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm and is protected by CCTV.
