1. Your 14-Day Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

• Notification: You must inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of receiving the item. You can do this by emailing [email protected].
• Returning the Item: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

2. Refunds

• Full Refund: We will refund the full price of the goods plus the cost of standard delivery (if you paid for it). Please note: if you chose a premium/express delivery option, we only refund the value of our standard delivery charge.
• Timeline: We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or receiving proof that you have sent them (e.g., a tracking receipt).
• Deductions: We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by "excessive handling" (e.g., if an item has been installed, used, or damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect it).

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a "change of mind" return, goods must be:

• Returned within the timelines stated above.
• In their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
• Exceptions: We cannot accept returns for:
  • Items made to your specific measurements or personalized.
  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to hygiene/health protection (if unsealed).
  • Software or digital downloads once the download has started.

4. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

• Within 30 Days: You are entitled to a full refund.
• After 30 Days: We will offer a repair or replacement. If we cannot fix the issue, you may then be entitled to a refund.
• Return Costs: If an item is faulty, Wil-Lec will cover the cost of the return postage.

Note: For "change of mind" returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
