Due to continued expansion and increases in workload Wil-Lec GRP Ltd are seeking highly skilled hard working electricians. We offer a varied working environment from small domestic work to large scale industrial electrical installations.
We will provide you with a van, fuel card, tools and a uniform as well as a great rate of pay, overtime available at time and a half and double time rates.
The majority of our work is local so you won’t be travelling for hours on end to get to and from jobs.
Interested? We need you to have -
- At least five years’ experience as an electrician
- Driving licence
- Time served electrician
- 18th edition
- IPAF and PASMA advantageous

Are you a skilled Bathroom Installer looking for a new challenge? Wil-Lec is expanding our bathroom installation team and we're seeking talented individuals to join our growing business.
About the Role: As a Bathroom Installer at Wil-Lec, you'll be responsible for fitting high-quality bathrooms for both our customers and prestigious household name partners. We offer an excellent salary commensurate with experience, overtime, a company van, fuel card, tools, and uniform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Joinery
- Plumbing (not essential)
- Tiling
- Plastering
- Ensuring high-quality installations
- Adhering to deadlines and safety regulations
- Providing excellent customer service
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in bathroom installations
- Strong skills in joinery, plumbing, and tiling
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
- Ability to work to deadlines
- A strong safety consciousness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full driving licence (essential)
